Meet the Makers: Claude + Dex of Barrio Chic
What do you make? How did you get into it?
Are you a full-time crafter? If not, what is your day job?
Sa umaga, art director. Sa gabi, crafter. So masasabi mong half and half.

Harina unan! Look out for these this weekend! 🙂
What motivates you in pursuing this business?
Ang aming retirement plan: mag-craft (Claude) at magsulat (Dex).
What are some of the challenges of maintaining a craft business?
What’s a new skill–craft or business–that you’d like to learn?

Â We love how witty their items are.
What’s your most recent craft business milestone?
(ex: Listahan and Inday Laundry Bags)
What is your favorite lesson in your experience of your business?
Planning. As in planning months before production.
What craft business advice can you share with other aspiring entrepreneurs?

Harina pouches! Part of the new items Barrio Chic will have with them this weekend!
Um, if you were a craft tool, what would you be? And why?
Silkscreen. Naks.
What can we expect to see from you guys at the upcoming Maker’s Market?
Where else can we find your work?
Sa Facebook. 🙂
