Hooboy, have we got fun things coming your way this weekend!

First off, we’ve got Making Beaded Headbands with Helen of {id}entity accessories!

Learn some basic beading skills, and get to make your own garterized, beaded headbands this weekend with Helen of {id}entity accessories! This session’s great for those wanting a simple introduction to beading!  This session happens on September 26 (Saturday) from 10 AM – 1 PM.  Session fee is PHP 700 inclusive of all materials and tool use, and you get to make 2 headbands!  Only up to 15 persons will be accommodated.  Sign up here.

We’ve also got Making Polymer Clay Charms with Angeli of the Beadlady!

Make these pretty charms this weekend!

Learn to cut out shapes in polymer, and embellish and customize them using beads as tesserae. Your charms will then be baked for you, and assembled into a key chain or bag charm.  This project will exercise a child’s fine motor skills, and also help them recognize and replicate patterns–this session is suitable for kids 4 years old and up.  Adults will find the simple activity relaxing – a perfect stress buster for the weekend!

Session fee is PHP 200 inclusive of all materials and charm baking. Each participant will get to make 2 charms each!  Register here for any of these 4 sessions: September 26 (Saturday), 11 AM to 12 NN and 4 to 5 PM, and September 27 (Sunday), 11 AM to 12 NN and 4 to 5 PM.

Learn to make macarons and donuts in this fun crochet session with Angel of 400 Lux! This session’s great for beginners, and for those who’d like to take their skills up a notch with making amigurumi playfood.  Session fee is PHP 1,800 inclusive of all materials. Each participant will get to take home a cool crochet kit with the following: 3 pieces of Red Heart Yarn (different colors), 1 double ended hook (5/6), 2 tapestry needles (large and small), snipping scissors, handouts with patterns.  This session happens on September 26 (Saturday), from 2-5 PM.  Register here.

Learn Basic Bookbinding with Francine of Tienda Wabas! In this session, you will learn the basics of creating your very own notebook using single-needle Coptic stitch binding to hold it all together. You’ll also learn how to design the cover, install eyelets, and add finishing touches like bookmarks. By the end of the session, you’ll have your very own journal, in which to scribble ideas and doodle drawings.

Session fee is PHP 750 inclusive of all materials and tool use. Each participant gets to take home their very own coptic-bound journal.  This session happens on September 26 (Saturday) from 6-9 PM.  Grab your slot here.
